Challenge Brasil, one of South America’s premier triathlon organizers, recently selected our company to provide three ultra-custom inflatable tents for its highly anticipated annual triathlon event, showcasing our industry-leading customization capabilities.

Designed to meet the event’s unique demands, the tents integrate a cutting-edge dual-row spray system—a feature tailored specifically to combat Brazil’s intense heat. The system delivers a fine, cooling mist across 100% of the tent’s interior, ensuring athletes, officials, and spectators stay comfortable even in temperatures exceeding 35°C (95°F).

 

Our team’s ability to translate complex requirements into functional designs set us apart. Working closely with Challenge Brasil’s organizers, we adjusted tent dimensions, spray pressure, and material thickness within a tight 10-day turnaround, all while adhering to strict safety standards.
